Vulcan Historical Review Volume 5, 2001. The VHR is published annually by the Chi Omicron chapter of Phi Alpha Theta at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. VHR is still being published; volume 25 appeared in 2022. The issues are written and edited by undergraduate and graduate students at UAB.
